Personal Training: Outdoors & Online
Ian has been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 10 years and was a regional fitness manager in Central London for a well-known fitness brand. He has worked in a number of strength and conditioning roles, including with the Romanian Under-19 national rugby team and recently with a National-League 1 rugby team.
Ian follows an approach that will look at your objectives, your physical and health status, how you manage your eating habits and also look at your lifestyle. Targets are set on obtainability, they’re not there to be unrealistic, but it does involve work – that’s how you progress in anything! Your plan is tailored on your objective, whether that’s for sports performance, weight loss, strength or fitness.
