If you like some sweet spice to add to your stir-fries or other dishes then get making this soy and ginger dressing, which can also be used as a marinate.
It can cover a lot of dishes so you shouldn’t worry about not having enough. All you need is 6 ingredients that you should find in your local store:
- Soy sauce
- Rice Vinegar
Soy & Ginger Dressing
- Mixing bowl
- Stirring utensil
- Sealed bag (if want to marinate and store)
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Chilli
- 2 tbsp Honey (we prefer home-grown)
- 2 tbsp Hoisin
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Mix all the ingredients cold in a mixing bowl and keep in the fridge for marinating and using for cooking sauces.
