Like many, we began with a mission in mind, and part our mission was partnering with a charity close to our hearts, one which is committed to research and shows it. We are therefore proud to be official corporate partners with Alzheimer’s Research U.K.
We raised £490 in December last year by participating in a half-marathon, and it is our plan to do many many more in 2020 and onward.

Paradigm Project is an organisation set up to help transform our communities, focusing on prevention rather than intervention by helping those most vulnerable. Using carefully thought mentoring strategies, they work tirelessly to guide our youth of tomorrow away from gang violence and crime and turn to education instead, therefore creating a better society for us all.

We have both been training with Cesar Lima who is the head coach of Grand Union Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for quite some time now, and Ian currently teaches classes at both Farringdon (Gymbox) and Elephant & Castle (Gymbox) on weekdays and on weekends.

We have been working with newly promoted English National League 1 Rugby team Tonbridge Juddians RFC to help their 2020-21 campaign at Level-3 of the national format (Premiership being Level-1). Nat 1, now boasts a wealth of successful teams from the London and South East area, so it should be an exciting year.
